I actually like some of the buffs in this patch, especially Leona. She definitely needed the cooldown reduction, seeing she really doesn't do anything besides being a stunbot in teamfights. Garen's utility buff will help, as well. Pantheon finally gets a buff, much needed after the ulti global removal.
